  • Use Photoshop to crop and resize images, adjust colors, retouch artwork, and incorporate decorative elements.
  • Apply graphic design skills to create compositions and adapt artwork to project specifications.
  • Check files for correct dimensions, resolution, color settings, bleed, and other production requirements.
  • Load and set up approved files in our RIP software for printing.
  • Review files for accuracy, consistency, and visual quality before production.
  • Organize working files and production-ready artwork with clear naming and version control.
  • Use our project management system to track assignments, ask questions, share proofs, and communicate revisions.
  • Coordinate with in-studio and remote team members to clarify instructions, resolve file issues, and keep projects moving.
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, particularly image editing, resizing, recoloring, layers, masks, and file preparation.
  • A creative eye for composition, color, proportion, and detail.
  • Experience in graphic design, production art, prepress, or a related role.
  • Understanding of print-ready file requirements and how digital artwork translates to a finished printed piece.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple projects.
  • Clear communication and comfort collaborating through a project management system.
  • Ability to follow a design direction while recognizing when clarification or a creative adjustment is needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with RIP software and digital print workflows.
  • Experience preparing large-format artwork or graphics for different materials.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with custom artwork, art reproduction, or commercial graphics production.
