About this role
The product is a consumer trading app built on a deliberate idea: that on-chain trading shouldn't feel like crypto at all. It's aimed at a mainstream, non-crypto-native audience, and it's working. Now they’re on the lookout for a Senior Brand Designer to join their ranks and make some noise.
The Role
You’ll own the brand system - type, colour, lockup, layout - and protect it across every touchpoint, from digital and social to paid and experiential. The daily reality is high-volume, high-craft execution under real timelines: pixel-perfect key visuals, UI-led stills, campaign extensions, clean handoff files for motion vendors.
You'll sit between design and marketing, partnering directly with product and growth teams on launches and campaigns. This is pitched as a junior-to-mid role with room to grow ownership, and there's a stated intent to pair a senior hire with a junior one - so mentorship, in either direction, is built into how the team is scaling.
The Package $120,000 - $200,000 On-site working Potential for equity Comprehensive medical, dental and vision 401(k) with match Group term life insurance Flexible time off Annual company offsites The Person You're a good way into your brand, graphic, or marketing design career, ideally with both agency and brand-side time behind you.
Your portfolio shows genuine craft in typography and composition, and range across identity, motion, and campaign rather than one narrow specialism. You're a generalist who can both set a concept and ship it. Crypto experience isn't needed - a fresh outside perspective is the point. - A more diverse team is a more creative team.
It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
