Countryside Therapy Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our established outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in Weatherford, Texas.

Our immediate need is for an OT to perform pediatric evaluations and re-evaluations, with opportunities to provide treatment services for those who are interested.

Our Weatherford clinic currently has two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) providing ongoing treatment services. We are looking for an OT to help us continue serving our existing patients, accommodate new referrals, and expand access to pediatric occupational therapy in our community.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced therapist seeking supplemental income, flexible part-time hours, or a schedule that accommodates other professional and personal commitments.

Evaluations typically take approximately 30–60 minutes. Evaluation compensation is based on completed evaluations rather than a traditional hourly treatment schedule. Compensation for any additional treatment responsibilities can be discussed separately.

Additional Opportunities in Mineral Wells (Optional)

In addition to our Weatherford opening, Countryside Therapy Group has a significant ongoing need for pediatric OT evaluations and re-evaluations at our Mineral Wells clinic.

For therapists interested in additional hours and earning opportunities, we can coordinate evaluation schedules at both locations based on availability and preference.

Working at both locations is NOT required. We welcome applicants interested exclusively in Weatherford, as well as those who would like to provide services at both clinics.

Our goal is to develop a flexible arrangement that works for the therapist while helping us meet the growing demand for pediatric therapy services in our communities.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric occupational therapy initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Assess functional abilities, developmental skills, and occupational therapy needs
• Establish appropriate treatment recommendations and plans of care
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations to our therapy team
• Collaborate with treating COTAs to support continuity of patient care
• Provide direct occupational therapy treatment services if mutually desired

Qualifications

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) required
• Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
• Experience conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with our therapy team

Schedule and Location

Primary location: Weatherford, Texas

Optional additional location: Mineral Wells, Texas

This is a flexible PRN/part-time opportunity. Scheduling can be coordinated around the therapist's availability and the clinic's needs.

Therapists who already work full-time elsewhere and are interested in additional income are encouraged to apply. We are also open to candidates seeking a more consistent part-time arrangement.
