About this role

Nurse Practitioner – Men’s Health

Gameday Men’s Health | Lexington, KY

Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time

Gameday Men’s Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner who combines strong clinical judgment with initiative, accountability, and leadership.

This position will begin part-time, with the intention of expanding to full-time as patient volume and clinic needs grow. We are looking for someone interested in building a lasting role and helping shape the clinic’s success.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing care within your credentials, clinical scope, and clinic protocols.
  • Educate patients about treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and follow-up care.
  • Take ownership of patient follow-up, timely documentation, and clinical priorities.
  • Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and clear direction to support staff.
  • Identify gaps in workflows, recommend practical improvements, and follow through on solutions.
  • Partner with clinic operations and ownership to support quality care, a consistent patient experience, and sustainable growth.

Who we’re looking for

  • A Nurse Practitioner with an active Kentucky license and credentials appropriate to the services provided.
  • Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment, including knowing when to consult or escalate.
  • Someone who manages priorities and follows through without frequent reminders.
  • A confident, collaborative leader who communicates clearly and holds themselves accountable.
  • Interest in men’s health; relevant experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to begin part-time and increase availability as the role develops.

The right fit

You notice what needs attention, take appropriate action, and close the loop. You are comfortable working in a growing clinic, helping establish reliable processes, and contributing beyond your own appointment schedule.

To apply

Please submit your résumé, current availability, desired weekly hours, and a brief example of a time you took ownership of a clinical or operational improvement.

Expansion to full-time will depend on patient volume, clinic needs, and mutual agreement.

Pay: From $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week

Work Location: In person
