Marketing and Inside Sales Specialist

We are partnering with an established, growing organization in North Canton, Ohio, that seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist to join their team! This position will initially focus heavily on marketing initiatives, brand awareness, lead generation, and business development support , with the opportunity to gradually expand into inside sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Create engaging marketing content for digital platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Support social media, website updates, and other marketing initiatives.
• Identify potential customers and assist with lead generation and prospect outreach.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Gradually assume inside sales responsibilities, including customer outreach, relationship building, and sales follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, email campaigns, and CRM systems preferred.
• Interest in developing inside sales skills and contributing to business growth.
