**About the Role**

Cords Club is looking for a part\-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Springville, Utah.

You’ll work closely with our Lead Graphic Designer and marketing team to create design work across the Cords Club brand. Your projects will vary from week to week, from paid ads and website graphics to emails, product launch creatives, event signage, and more.

This is a great opportunity for an early\-career designer who wants hands\-on experience across a wide range of design projects. We’re looking for someone who has a great eye for design and is equally interested in learning what makes creative effective. Staying up to date on current trends and understanding what resonates with our audience is key to this role.

On\-site in Springville, Utah

**Hours:**

Approximately 20 hours per week

**Reports to:**

Lead Graphic Designer

**What You’ll Work On**

You’ll support the creative needs of the brand across digital, e\-commerce, advertising, and print, including:

  • **Paid advertising:**

Design static ads and creative variations for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid channels.

  • **Email:**

Create graphics and layouts for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and ongoing marketing.

  • **Website \& ecommerce:**

Design homepage banners, collection graphics, promotional assets, and other website creative.

  • **Social:**

Support organic social with graphics and campaign creative as needed.

  • **Print \& events:**

Design signage, inserts, posters, and other physical brand materials as needed.

  • **Brand consistency:**

Work within our visual identity while helping keep templates and creative assets organized and up to date.

**What We’re Looking For**

  • Original creative work that does not rely on generative AI.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals and your unique design style.
  • A strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition.
  • A designer who is:

1. Comfortable working within an established brand while still bringing creativity and new ideas to their work.

2. Organized and able to keep multiple projects moving at once while consistently hitting deadlines.

3. Detail\-oriented and comfortable working in a fast\-moving environment.

4. Open to feedback and able to turn around revisions efficiently.

5. Curious about what makes creative perform, not just what makes it look good.

6. Collaborative, proactive, and excited to learn from our Lead Graphic Designer.

**Qualifications**

  • Experience with Adobe programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator (or similar programs).
  • Highly organized and detail\-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition.
  • Comfortable taking feedback and adjusting designs to fit brand and business goals.
  • Curious about what makes creative perform, not just what makes it look good.
  • Bonus if you have experience in any of the following:

1. Figma, copywriting, paid media design, email design.
