Occupational Therapist - PRN OT

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master"s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients" functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
