Human Resources GeneralistFull Time We are seeking a FT HR Generalist to join our team and support the Human Resources function, which is located on-site at our client, Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY This is a Monday-Friday position.

You'll work in a professional office environment and have the opportunity to advance your career in Human Resources as this position plays an important and visible role on the HR Team.

The selected candidate will have primary responsibility for Recruitment - including outside job fairs; Orientation - Present and deliver orientation every two weeks to new hires; Overseeing and coordinating with outside vendors; Ability to provide leadership regarding HR matters.

We are interested in speaking with candidates with 2-3 years' HR experience that will include excellent customer service, relationship building skills, strong teamwork along with attention to detail follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary along with a college degree, prior experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.

Competitive starting rate of pay at $65,000-$70,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, generous paid time off and more. Excellent career opportunity.
