Confianz Global Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to help design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming, problem-solving, application development, and software engineering practices.

In this role, you will collaborate with development teams to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions that support business operations and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Develop and enhance web applications, APIs, and business software solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Assist with application integrations, performance improvements, and system updates.
• Prepare technical documentation and support ongoing software maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software development principles.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a development team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing web or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and application development tools.
• Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, cloud technologies, or third-party integrations is an advantage.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
