Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist who wants more out of his/her career than the monotonous physical therapy gigs out there. To be the #2 driver of the business and be trained and mentored by our CEO and designated staff.

Someone who deserves to be rewarded for going above and beyond and IS WILLING to go above and beyond. Someone with a dynamite yet caring personality and someone who is excited to be financially incentivized to "make things happen."

Must be willing to travel between several locations throughout SE Florida to provide consultations/screening examinations, regenerative soft tissue treatments and some hands on care too. Must be eager to learn and be instrumental in opening new locations and assisting in growth.

We are a very successful, 100% cash based practice, who does not hope and pray for Physician Referrals. We are a "root cause" company....we are not symptom maskers....we are healers. All care is personalized and 1:1 - 100% of the time.

Our primary market niche is Foot and Ankle, but we treat every part of the body and our CEO is also a Metabolic Health and Successful Aging Expert. Our foundational technology is Softwave - ESWT and we service hundreds and hundreds of patients (not visits...unique patients) every week. Our digital marketing is proprietary and second to none.

We don't operate in a big room full of cuff weights, machines, and therabands.....we are a regenerative soft tissue provider and treatment strategists. We see patients 1x/week typically.

If you are the right fit, you would have the unique opportunity to share in revenues and if you have interest in buying into company expansions for a bigger residual income play....that can be discussed as well after proving yourself.

Your starting pay is the baseline. There will be plenty of incentives along the way to earn more on a weekly basis.

Our current locations are Weston, Delray Beach, Jupiter, and Port Saint Lucie. You would share Exam/New Patient load with the CEO. You go where he goes in the beginning while you are training to be the strong #2.

Dr Joe Martin PT DPT OCS is our CEO with 30 years of business and clinical expertise opening and operating 13 outpatient therapy centers and has mentored 75+ physical therapy providers and administrative personnel. He is currently interviewing for this TOP SPOT.
