Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse* Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using stream lined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications* Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
