Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology
Qualifications* Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
