Cybersecurity Program Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager – Cybersecurity to lead complex, enterprise-wide cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cybersecurity Program Management, Network Segmentation, Active Directory, and Zero Trust environments.

This role will coordinate multiple technical workstreams across Cybersecurity, Network, Infrastructure, IAM, Cloud, and Application teams while providing strong program governance, executive communication, risk management, and delivery oversight.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with significant experience in enterprise IT environments.
• 8+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience, preferably within Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Network, or Identity.
• Proven experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programs with multiple technical workstreams.
• Strong experience managing Network Segmentation / Network Security programs.
• Experience managing initiatives involving Active Directory / Microsoft Identity environments.
• Experience with Zero Trust programs or security transformation initiatives.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
