Position Title :: Systems Engineer

Locations :: Tempe AZ

Job Summary:

Seeking a Systems Engineer with strong Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VDI, and Endpoint Engineering experience to support and optimize enterprise virtual desktop environments.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize AVD/VDI, including host pools, session hosts, images, FSLogix, and performance.
Manage Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy.
Support Windows 10/11, Autopilot, application deployment, patching, compliance, and endpoint lifecycle management.
Develop PowerShell automation and provide Tier 3/4 technical support.
Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Support teams on complex technical initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
