We’re looking for a Technology Solutions Architect to join our team.
The Solution Architect at CompuCom is a senior\-level position responsible for leading the technical architecture of IT outsourcing solutions and creating architecture deliverables. This role combines elements of pre\-sales support, project management, and technical leadership.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead technical sales engagements, technology evaluations, and solution strategy discussions with customers.
- Drive the technical sales process from opportunity qualification through solution approval and contract close.
- Communicate solution value, architecture strategy, and technical recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop custom solutions and support RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and other technical sales deliverables.
- Design and architect enterprise\-scale data center solutions across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and related technologies.
- Translate business, operational, and non\-functional requirements into scalable, supportable technical architectures.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, solution designs, roadmaps, and target\-state technology strategies.
- Provide pre\-sales and project support to Account Executives, delivery teams, and customers throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Lead customer meetings, gather requirements, present technical solutions, and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and business stakeholders to evaluate solution costs, risks, benefits, and emerging technology opportunities while ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.
**Skills \& Qualifications:**
- 6\-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT systems integration, business analysis, project management, technology implementation, or related disciplines.
- Strong expertise in designing, integrating, and supporting enterprise technology solutions and architectures.
- Proven customer\-facing experience with the ability to build relationships and influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non\-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, reporting, and data analysis capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt in fast\-paced environments, and effectively balance competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to drive consensus, socialize ideas, and make strategic recommendations across cross\-functional teams.
- Self\-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within team environments.
- Preferred experience as a Senior Solution Architect or leading architecture/consulting engagements within large enterprise organizations.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant IT certifications and public cloud certifications.
**Wage Range**
The annual starting salary for this position is between $123,750 – $165,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
**Other Compensation**
This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan.
