Physical Therapist

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver expert therapeutic interventions to pediatric and adult patients, fostering their physical development and functional independence. Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with their individual needs and goals
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, activity modifications, and injury prevention strategies
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, orthopedics, and medical terminology to inform treatment approaches

Qualifications

• Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient settings
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, orthopedics, and medical terminology
• Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, post-acute care
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in outpatient clinics with a focus on patient-centered care
