What You'll Be Doing

As a Physical Therapist at COPT, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population and provide individualized care based on each patient's goals.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and movement assessments
• Developing personalized, evidence-based plans of care
• Providing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and patient education
• Helping patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and quality of life
• Monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans when needed
• Educating patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Collaborating with other clinicians and healthcare professionals
• Supporting PTAs, rehabilitation aides, and students when appropriate
• Contributing ideas that improve the patient experience and clinic operations

Who We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Current or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
