**About the Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a **Occupational Therapist** to provide home health services throughout the **Worcester Area. **
- **Please note: This position requires the ability to travel to multiple patient locations and provide care in patients’ homes.**
**Qualifications**
- Current and valid **Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OT) license**
- Minimum of **1 year of recent OT experience**
- **Home health experience preferred, but not required**
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Strong **interpersonal, organizational, and problem\-solving skills**
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability and willingness to **travel to patients’ homes**
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient\-centered care
