Complete Physical & Hand Therapy is a small, independent, therapist-owned clinic in Lakewood, WA, focused on thoughtful, collaborative care. No hidden overlords.

Talk to the referring physician, not through a chain of messages

Tired of trying to get to your referral sources to clarify diagnosis, surgical procedures, or instructions? Our clinic is in the same building with a large orthopedic group with few surgeons specializing in hand. You can communicate directly with the physicians who sent the patient to you.

Small clinic, real voice

Work alongside a friendly team of occupational, physical, and massage therapists in a patient-focused clinic where your voice matters. Be heard! Work with and communicate directly with decision makers, not layers of management (you to clinic manager to regional manager to VP somewhere far far away).

Mentorship & Growth

New graduates are welcome. You will work side by side, take part in regular case reviews, and get splinting practice as you build skills. Experience is preferred and CHT is helpful, but neither is required.

What the work is

• Post-surgical rehabilitation, including early post-operative follow-up visits
• Overuse injuries and repetitive strain conditions
• Lacerations and tendon injuries
• Hand, finger, and wrist fractures
• Neural mobility deficits
• Custom splint fabrication and modification

Location

Located in Lakewood, in the greater Tacoma area, not far from Seattle, the Olympics, and the Cascades.
