About this role
Are you a Nurse Practitioner who wants to do more than see patients and write prescriptions?
At Complete Performance Center, we're looking for a passionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team.
This is an opportunity to become part of a progressive, multidisciplinary practice where medicine, rehabilitation, sports performance, and wellness come together to help patients achieve better health.
For 25 years, CPC has helped athletes, active adults, and individuals with complex conditions recover from injuries, restore function, and return to the activities they love.
Now we're expanding our medical services, and we're looking for the right person to help us grow.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position. We're looking for someone who wants to help build something special.
What You'll Love About Working at CPC
At CPC, we believe great healthcare begins with strong relationships, teamwork, and taking the time to understand each patient.
You'll work alongside an experienced team of medical providers, chiropractors, and rehabilitation professionals who share a commitment to personalized, results-driven care.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while working with patients in several growing areas of medicine:
- Sports & Musculoskeletal Medicine: Evaluate injuries, manage orthopedic conditions, and help patients return to activity.
- Regenerative Medicine: Participate in non-surgical treatment programs, including PRP and injection-based therapies.
- Medical Weight Management: Help patients improve metabolic health, manage weight, and develop sustainable lifestyle habits.
- Men's & Women's Health: Support individualized wellness and hormone health programs.
- Longevity & Preventive Medicine: Help patients take a proactive approach to long-term health, recovery, and vitality.
- Occupational Medicine: Evaluate and manage work-related injuries and help patients return to work safely.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and physical examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal and general medical conditions within your scope of practice.
- Provide or assist with appropriate medical procedures and injections based on training and authorization.
- Collaborate with our medical and rehabilitation team to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Help develop and improve CPC's growing medical and wellness programs.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience.
