Physical Therapist (PRN), Eugene, OR

Compass Proactive Health Care is an integrative clinic where acupuncture, physical therapy, massage, health coaching and counseling work together around the patient. We’re looking for one or two Oregon-licensed physical therapists to join our team on a PRN basis, starting as soon as possible.

Pay: $50 per hour, W-2 employee.

The role

• Evaluate and treat adult outpatients, with an emphasis on a specialty you want to grow. We’re building focused programs for the people who need them most.
• PRN schedule. Work one day a week or more, with days set around your availability.
• You’ll share an office and a collaborative relationship with our current PT, so there’s always a colleague to consult with.
• Our PTA and patient aide help carry out exercise programs.
• With the patient’s permission, you’ll share relevant information with their acupuncturist, massage therapist, coach or counselor so care stays coordinated.
• Many of our patients are on Medicaid (OHP).

What we handle: billing, scheduling, intake and insurance enrollment, so you can focus on your patients and your documentation.

Who we’re looking for

• Active Oregon PT license
• A PT who wants to specialize. Experience or interest in EDS, pelvic floor or functional mobility is a plus.
• Comfort with a team-based, integrative model
• This role is not focused on post-operative care.
