Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking a skilled and compassionate **Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our therapy department. We offer both **full\-time and part\-time** opportunities for OTs who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our short\-term rehab and long\-term care residents.
**Your Role:**
- Evaluate residents’ physical and cognitive abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence\-based occupational therapy interventions
- Focus on improving residents’ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and other care team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
**What You Need:**
- Valid **Ohio Occupational Therapist license**
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab setting preferred
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Dedication to high\-quality, resident\-centered care
