Santa Rosa Medical Center, Milton FL is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing Neurology team. Due to high community demand, we are adding an additional APP to support our practice alongside our Board Certified Neurologist and existing APP team.

This role offers a highly desirable work-life balance with a 95% outpatient clinic focus and no call requirements. Inpatient rounding is extremely limited and performed only on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Outpatient Clinical Care: Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up care for a diverse range of neurological conditions in a supportive clinic environment (95% outpatient focus).
• Limited Inpatient Coverage: Assist with light inpatient rounding on an as-needed basis only (up to 5% clinical scope).
• Procedure & Service Expansion: Collaborate with the team to support and expand specialized services, including EMG, EEG, and Therapeutic Botox procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our supervising Board Certified Neurologist and existing APPs to deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active NP or PA licensure in the state of Florida.
• Certification: Board Certification as an NP or PA-C required.
• Experience: Experience in Neurology or Outpatient Internal Medicine/Subspecialties is preferred, but not required.
