Job Description

We are seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN.

This opportunity delivers care in West Indianapolis at our Danville practice, located at Hendricks Regional Health Hospital.

Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Danville, IN location at Hendricks Regional Health Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.

• Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
• 4-10 schedule; Wednesdays off
• Night call rotation 1:9; 9p-7a Friday PM and Sunday PM-Friday AM
• Weekend rounding 1:11, Saturday only
• Competitive compensation and benefits package
• Epic EMR

Licensure & Certification

• Board Certification required
• Indiana medical license will be required

Additional Information

Must be flexible in schedule of hours worked based on the access needs of the patient population being served.
