Production Graphic Designer (Production Artist)

We are looking for a Production Graphic Designer to turn client ideas into accurate, print-ready files. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and efficiency, bridging design and production.

Key Responsibilities

Execute, adapt, and replicate existing designs from layouts, templates, and reference images Rebuild and modify artwork in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Prepare print-ready files for signage, print, and large-format applications Set up cut lines, layers, and production-ready file structure Package files for vendors, printers, and in-house production equipment Ensure all files meet equipment and production requirements Read and follow job tickets within our print management system Production Skills Required Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong understanding of print production requirements including CMYK, resolution, bleed, and file setup for various print methods Variable data file setup Screen print file setup, including spot colors and separations Preparing artwork for embroidery digitizing Setting up promotional product files using vendor templates Additional Responsibilities Maintain consistency across repeat jobs and multiple versions Support production team and workflow as needed Ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently while meeting tight production deadlines Provide light design work such as basic layouts or logo cleanup when required Extreme attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy and prevent costly production errors Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Setting: 100% on-site / in-house to collaborate directly with prepress equipment, shop technicians, and physical proofing setups.
