Comer & Cross is opening a new location serving North Jersey and the Lower Hudson Valley. We’re looking for an experienced concrete coatings pro to step up and lead it: running the crews, hiring the team, and owning the results.

The role

• Lead installation crews in the field and make sure every floor meets our standard
• Train new installers on prep, repairs, and application
• Manage crew schedules, labor efficiency, and materials
• Hire and develop the team as the location grows
• Own the location’s results and run weekly KPI meetings (we use EOS)
• Support sales and customer walkthroughs as needed

Requirements

• Hands-on concrete coatings experience is required: epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, or similar
• Crew lead or training experience (management experience is a plus, not required)
• Physically demanding work: regular lifting of 50+ lbs, kneeling, grinding, and long days on job sites
• Valid driver’s license
