As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven Account Manager who excels at building strategic relationships, creating new opportunities, and delivering long-term business growth
Account Manager Position Overview
The Account Manager serves as the commercial execution leader supporting strategic client relationships and complex fixture programs. Partnering closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), this role ensures that customer commitments translate into successful execution across design, engineering, production, and delivery.
Operating within a hub-and-spoke model, the Senior Account Manager owns day-to-day account continuity and program coordination, guiding projects from concept through rollout while maintaining alignment between client expectations and internal operations.
As trust develops, this individual becomes an extension of the client’s team and a trusted representative of the company, often serving as the primary client contact during active program execution.
This position requires strong business judgment, operational awareness, and the ability to resolve challenges through collaboration and internal leadership. The role is central to protecting revenue, maintaining client confidence, and enabling scalable growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Partnership

- Attend and actively participate in client meetings alongside BDMs; document commitments, risks, and action plans to ensure execution accuracy. Some travel may be involved for in-person meetings.
- Represent the company professionally in ongoing communications and, when appropriate, serve as a stand-in for the BDM during active projects.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively communicate status, risks, and solutions.
Program & Project Ownership
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of multiple concurrent fixture programs across assigned accounts.
- Guide projects through all phases including design, engineering, prototyping, production, rollout, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure alignment with Statements of Work (SOWs), timelines, and commercial objectives.
- Monitor project health and proactively address risks impacting schedule, cost, or client satisfaction.
Issue Resolution & Account Protection
- Lead resolution efforts when challenges arise, working internally with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership.
- Apply sound judgment regarding escalation timing and stakeholder involvement.
- Balance customer advocacy with operational realities to achieve solutions that preserve long-term relationships.
- Maintain client confidence through transparent, solution-oriented communication.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the central communication hub connecting BDMs, Project Managers, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and accountability across departments.
- Support internal alignment while driving forward momentum on client programs.
CRM Governance & Process Improvement
- Maintain high standards of Salesforce data integrity, ensuring accurate documentation of communications, project status, and account(s) activity.
- Support forecasting visibility and account continuity through disciplined CRM usage.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows, communication practices, and operational processes based on real client experience.
- Help evolve scalable best practices as programs and customer complexity grow.
Role Structure
- Supports approximately two (2) Business Development Managers.
- Manages multiple active programs simultaneously across assigned accounts.
- Functions as the operational and communication hub within the commercial organization.
Qualifications
- Experience managing complex client programs in custom manufacturing, retail fixtures, displays, millwork, construction, or similar project-based industries.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles involving engineering, production, and rollout execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and navigate cross-functional environments.
