Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Charlotte NC. The Physical Therapist will evaluate clients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to address pain, mobility, and functional limitations.

Daily responsibilities include documenting assessments and progress notes, educating clients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, and collaborating with occupational and speech therapists to ensure cohesive care. The role also involves coordinating with referring providers, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting interventions to help clients reach their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and neuromotor conditions.
  • Experience in Rehabilitation, including designing and implementing individualized treatment and recovery programs.
  • Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support clients in Home Care or community settings as needed, ensuring continuity of treatment plans.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in NC or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree.
  • Prior clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or pediatric settings is beneficial.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
