Social Media Manager + Content Creator for AI Startup

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our AI startup company.

In addition to the AI startup company, you will be developing engaging content across some of our other businesses, including a restaurant and a radiology center. This is a FULL TIME position, ON SITE in Beverly Hills. Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each of our three businesses, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Create high-quality, compelling content including images, videos, posts, and stories for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to understand each business’s unique voice and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to optimize content performance.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content development for diverse industries.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Beverly Hills with flexibility for collaboration.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,900.00 per year
