Job Title: Technical Project Manager - MuleSoft Integration

Location: Atlanta downtown, GA (Hybrid – 4 days a Week Onsite)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in MuleSoft integration and migration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of MuleSoft technologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MuleSoft integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft integrations, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in MuleSoft integration best practices and project management methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in MuleSoft integration and migration projects.
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
• Excellent project management skills, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience in leading MuleSoft integration projects.
