Job Summary

Cobblestones of Lowell is seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the team in delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to maintain efficient service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, guide, and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Coordinate staff schedules and assist with shift coverage.
• Monitor service quality and respond professionally to customer concerns.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and supply coordination.
• Help maintain food safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards.
• Monitor operational expenses and assist with cost control.
• Train new employees and encourage consistent team performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during busy periods.
• Communicate operational updates and performance needs to management.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Ability to organize schedules and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, ordering, and cost management.
• Familiarity with food safety and workplace cleanliness requirements.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
