We are seeking a Lead Platform Vehicle Engineer to oversee vehicle platform design, development, and testing for innovative automotive projects. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing suppliers, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating project milestones, and reviewing technical models and test results.
The role involves developing technical specifications, approving CAD models, and ensuring integration across vehicle systems. The engineer will build strong stakeholder relationships, support continuous improvement, and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related STEM field, with over 12 years of experience in automotive or powersports industries, demonstrating vehicle platform development expertise. Skills required include project management, resource allocation, industry knowledge, critical thinking, negotiation, and excellent communication. Experience with CATIA is preferred.
Work is primarily onsite, with potential for one remote day per week upon approval.
