Sales Representative - Industrial Supplies ($19/hr)

Pay: $19.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time (30 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday 6am-12pm(In-Office)6 Benefits: All Federal Holidays Off, Paid Training, Paid Breaks, Raise to $23 after closing 10 orders. Raise to $25 per hour after 90 days. Paid Holidays, and Time off after 90 days.

About the Role

Join a stable, growing industrial and safety supply company (est. 2002). We provide essential PPE and industrial consumables to government agencies and large-scale businesses nationwide.

This is a high-energy, outbound sales environment where your effort is supported by a proven system. We provide the scripts, the training, and the customer data you provide the drive.

Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Outreach: Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and identify decision-makers.
• Consultative Selling: Follow professional scripts to persuasively present safety and industrial product solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Qualify opportunities and close sales to hit weekly targets.

• Phone Presence: Strong verbal communication with an energetic, professional tone.
• Persuasive Mindset: Natural negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Proactive Drive: A goal-driven demeanor that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistency: Reliable attendance for our 6 AM – 12 PM shift.

• This is a 100% In-Person role at our Olympia, WA office.
• Enjoy a consistent schedule with no nights and all weekends and all Federal holidays off.
