Club Sweat is a premium mobile fitness and wellness company based in San Diego and newly expanded to Tampa. We bring elevated, boutique-style experiences to wherever our clients are: bachelorette parties, private group fitness, hotel activations, and community wellness events. Think poolside Pilates, curated vibes, and an aesthetic people want to post about.

The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to own our Instagram/TikTok presence and turn content into booked events. This is a performance-based, 1099 independent contractor role with a monthly base plus bonuses. If you know how to grow an account AND drive real inquiries (not just likes), we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and post consistent content (Reels, carousels, Stories) that matches our chic, premium brand
• Write captions and hooks designed to drive DMs, inquiries, and bookings
• Capture on-site content at select events in San Diego or Tampa
• Engage with our community, respond to comments, and route inquiries to our booking flow

How You'll Be Measured

• Inquiries generated from organic content and ads
• Inquiries that convert to booked events
• Audience growth and engagement (followers)
• Consistency: number of posts published vs. monthly content plan

Compensation

• Base compensation starting at $300 per month
• Performance bonuses for qualified inquiries, confirmed event bookings, and organic follower growth
• Flexible, results-based schedule with opportunities for increased compensation and a larger role as Club Sweat grows

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience running social media for a brand or small business with measurable results (please share numbers!)
• Experience generating inquiries/leads through social media
• Strong eye for aesthetic, trend-aware content; comfortable shooting and editing on mobile
• Self-starter who can work independently and hit goals with minimal oversight
• Based in or near San Diego or Tampa for occasional on-site content days
• Bonus: experience in fitness, wellness, events, hospitality, or the bachelorette/travel space
