Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive medical services.

NURSE PRACTITIONER / PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide family medicine and primary care
• Perform annual wellness exams and physicals
• Evaluating and managing conditions
• Ordering and reviewing lab and diagnostic testing
• Send referrals
• Provide preventative care
• Managing medical weight loss and wellness
• Providing hormone and vitamin replacement therapies
• Conducting telemedicine visits when needed
• Developing individualized treatment plans and providing follow up care
• Maintaining patient records
• Providing compassionate and professional patient care

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Compassionate, professional , and patient focused
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
• State license required
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Experience in primary care and family medicine
• Ability to work in a medical office, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
