Product Manager Responsibilities

• Serves as the central point of accountability across cross-functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and drive process improvements across product development
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities
• Develop and present business cases, including financial modeling, pricing, and ROI
• Evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancements
• Support innovation initiatives aligned to digital health, value-based care, or benefit design
• Ensure all product designs, benefits, and materials comply with CMS, state, and federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2 years of strong, recent experience with individual or ACA federal insurance products
• 5 years product management in healthcare, or related field
• Must live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or New York

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation based on experience, ranging from $97,000 - $122,000 per year
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
