Account Manager - Louisville, KY

Clark's White Glove Delivery is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role you'll keep our delivery operation running smoothly behind the scenes: handling a high volume of order data, supporting our clients and their customers, and making sure every delivery is set up for success.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Enter and update a high volume of orders, delivery details, and customer information accurately in our systems
• Schedule and confirm customer deliveries and handle inbound calls and emails
• Serve as a point of contact for our clients and their customers, resolving delivery issues and questions quickly and professionally
• Track orders from arrival through delivery and follow up on anything late, damaged, or missing
• Work closely with our warehouse and delivery teams to keep daily routes on track
• Keep accurate records and help with daily reporting

What We're Looking For

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
• Customer service experience, ideally in logistics, delivery, or a fast-paced office
• A self-motivated go-getter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable juggling phones, email, and data entry at the same time
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers, Excel, and learning new software
