Account Manager

Salary + Commission: $60,000 base OTE: $110,000 City Wide Facility Solutions Boston specializes in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We connect our clients with qualified vendors and serve as a single point of contact for all service management needs. Our Account Managers act as true partners to our clients to drive retention and foster long-term growth.

As an Account Manager , you’ll take ownership of client relationships, work alongside a supportive team, and contribute to a company dedicated to excellence in customer service. This is primarily a field-based role (within a designated territory) as you will be visiting client sites every day to ensure client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the key point of contact for clients in your designated territory Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Conduct weekly site visits with clients Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner Track client communication, issues, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years of field-based experience Proven B2B sales background Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands Experience delivering customer-focused solutions Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Why Join City Wide Competitive base salary plus commission and performance incentives An OTE of $110k within the first year with a base of $60k.
