Job description:
The Child Development Center of Colorado Springs, Inc. (CDC) is seeking full-time and part time Occupational Therapists to join our established, multidisciplinary clinic. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of OTs, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists in a collaborative environment that values mentorship, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a clinic setting
- Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado OT license (required)
- Pediatric therapy experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care

Pay: Up to $37. 00 per hour
