About this role

Job description

-------------------

At Seminole Plaza Chick-fil-A, working here is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Director to join our Director Team: a business-minded leader who wants to grow a restaurant, not just post about one. This is not a social media role.

You will own our catering and outside sales growth, lead our community partnerships, and help set the direction of our restaurant. It is also a hands-on role — the best marketing in our business comes from knowing the operation from the inside.

Pay Range: $24-$26/hr with bonus tied to sales metrics.

A job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job. It's a stepping-stone to a successful future in the world of business. Here are some of the great benefits of working at Chick-fil-A:

  • Closed Sundays – All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
  • FREE College Tuition – Chick-fil-A's partnership with University of the Cumberlands allows Team Members interested in pursuing a college degree or college coursework to do so with little to no expense! Free books for your courses too!
  • Employee Discounts – Enjoy a discount on meals purchased by the Team Member at this location.
  • Competitive Pay – Along with a competitive paycheck, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills.
  • Leadership Benefits – Health, dental and vision insurance · Paid time off · 401(k) with match · Mileage reimbursement · Employee Discounts
  • Advancement Opportunities – We believe that the best leaders come from within. There are a multitude of ways to grow your wage and your title by working with us.
  • It's a Great Place to Work – At Chick-fil-A, our Operators consider their team members to be more than just employees, they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant. Our high retention rate is proof that team members really enjoy working at Chick-fil-A.
