Bringing Ideas to Life at Charter House

Charter House is a design firm and manufacturer specializing in seating, décor, and interior solutions for the restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment industries. Our family of brands includes Charter House Innovations, Casablanca Design Group, Sperry’s Moviehouse, and CityFlatsHotel.

We’re looking for a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who enjoys variety and wants to see their work come to life.

What You’ll Do

Working with our Creative Director, Interior Designers, Marketing, Sales, and Project Management teams, you will:

• Design marketing, promotional, event, and trade show materials.
• Create artwork, signage, and wayfinding for restaurant and hospitality projects.
• Prepare files for print and production.
• Maintain website content and digital signage.
• Photograph products, installations, and interior spaces.
• Edit photos and videos for marketing and promotional use.
• Create and maintain interactive forms for Sales and Project Management.
• Help maintain consistent branding across our companies and projects.
• Explore and use AI and emerging technologies to improve design development and creative efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Strong eye for design, typography, composition, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Creative, easy to work with, and open to collaboration and new ideas.
• Open to constructive feedback and willing to learn, adapt, and refine ideas.
• Curious about new technology and ways to incorporate AI into the creative process.

Bonus Skills

Experience with web design/coding, motion graphics, video editing, photography, digital signage, or website content management is a plus.
