We’re hiring a Sales Manager in ladies and kids' apparel.

Full time. Permanent.

Duties and responsibilities

• Prospect new customers.
• On top of market trends
• Up to speed with fast fashion trends
• Knowledge of the contemporary market
• Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with existing business.
• Work with design, production and sourcing teams to come in with the most competitive product with the lowest price to close the orders.
• Understand client and retail environment.
• Manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development experience and a proven record of exceptional sales in ladies wear or kids' wear, mens' wear would be a bonus but not required.
• Proven ability to work independently with a healthy mix of entrepreneurship, process and sales/people leadership skills/experience
• Exceptional relationship management and negotiations skills
• High level of customer service standards
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Well-developed personal networks and interpersonal skills and high levels of business acumen
• Current or very recent relationships with following retailers (not limited to) : Kohls, Target, Nordstrom Rack, Meijer ,Dillards and discount retail stores for ladies & Kids' Apparel.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Computer skill
