Chandler Cardiology Associates is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology practice in Chandler, Arizona.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions under physician supervision and within scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education and counseling.
• Review laboratory results, diagnostic studies, and imaging reports.
• Manage medications, patient follow-ups, and ongoing treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• National certification as an NP or PA.
• Previous clinical experience required.
• Cardiology experience strongly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in internal medicine, family practice, or related specialties are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
