Are you ready to shape the next generation of digital retail experiences for millions of users leveraging emerging technologies and human-centered design? A premier financial services provider is seeking a Senior UX Designer to turn complex user challenges into scalable, cross-platform product solutions.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead the strategic interaction design and visual framework that drive long-term digital evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable digital product experiences, interaction models, and visual frameworks across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile platforms.
• Drive end-to-end design strategy from problem definition and wireframing through high-fidelity prototyping and cross-functional implementation.
• Explore and integrate emerging interaction models, including personalized and AI-enabled digital touchpoints, to modernize customer journeys.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Research, and Strategy to align technical capabilities with user and business goals.

Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years of dedicated UX design experience delivering scalable digital products, including at least 1 year focused on native touch-based mobile interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design tools, with demonstrated expertise working within established design systems and platform guidelines (iOS HIG, Material Design).
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders through strategic storytelling, design rationale, and interactive prototypes.

Strong digital portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology, complex problem-solving, and measurable product impact.
