Remote Corporate Counsel: Contract Negotiation & Admin

CEG Solutions LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking an in-house attorney to own contract intake, legal review, redlines, internal alignment, approvals, and signature, and to lead negotiations across prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.

You will provide day-to-day legal guidance, risk analysis, and coordination with sales, project development, construction, finance, risk/insurance, and outside counsel to move agreements to signature quickly while protecting risk posture.
