Java Backend: -

Hands on experience on Spring Webflux, Reactive Java, Restful APIs, Kafka, Redis.
Should be good in design

For AI: (Agentic AI)

Conversational AI
Hands on working knowledge of building Agents (preferably using ADK), Langchain, RAG, NEO4J (added advantage – Good to have)
Very strong in Python, Evals, Observability, Familiarity with developing MCP servers, A2A, py-Test
