Financial Controller (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Financial Controller to help lead the financial operations of our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who wants to make a meaningful, direct impact while working closely with executive leadership to shape the future of a fast-growing technology company.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will own the day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance framework. You will transition us from foundational accounting to strategic financial management—providing executive leadership with the clear data, dashboards, and forecasts needed to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and month-end close
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Managing AP and Staff Accounting functions
• Overseeing AR and sales tax service providers
• Executive financial reporting and dashboards.
• Internal controls and compliance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA preferred
• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Desire to help build a growing organization

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
