What You’ll Do

As part of the Premium Sales Team, you will:

• Generate new business as a C.C. ambassador within your local community.
• Serve your existing customer base with distinction.
• Become a promotional products expert, from tee shirts to tumblers.
• Oversee the full sales cycle: from prospecting to pricing to order fulfilment.
• Utilize our ERP and CRM platforms to manage business communications.
• Collaborate with and add value to the department and your local team.
• Be supported, encouraged, and held accountable as you pursue your goals.

What You Should Have

• Sales and Customer Service experience are welcome but not required.
• A College degree is welcome but not required.
• This is an on-site position in College Station, TX. Living local is a must.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• An internal drive to serve, grow, and win.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and computers, in general.
• Reliable transportation for visiting prospects and customers.

• Competitive pay: $55K annual base salary, plus a commission structure that accommodates first-year foundations and adapts as your book of business grows.
• Schedule: As an exempt professional, your time is yours to manage. Reaching your budget goals requires investing more than 40 hours per week. To ensure seamless team collaboration and top-tier client support, you will be on-site rotating between 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday.
