Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant – Part-Time / Per Diem | Immediate Opening with Flexible Future Schedule

Part-Time / Per Diem | Immediate Need: Flexible up to 30 Hours/Week

Catalyst Physical Therapy & Wellness is growing, and we're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant who is available to jump in immediately.

We currently have an immediate need for approximately 15+ hours per week at our Mission Valley and 4S Ranch clinics through the end of 2026 and into 2027 to help support our growing caseload. Beginning in October, this position will transition into a flexible part-time/per diem role, providing coverage across our Mission Valley, Point Loma, and 4S Ranch clinics as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or a pathway to additional hours as our practice continues to grow.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional physical therapy focused on meaningful outcomes and lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary wellness team.

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant in California.
