About this role

Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.

Cascade Sports Injury Prevention & Physical Therapy LLC is seeking a passionate and motivated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, sports-focused orthopedic practice in the Denver Metro area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to help grow and shape a pelvic health program within a high-quality sports physical therapy practice. You will work alongside experienced sports and orthopedic clinicians who are committed to exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, mentorship, and collaboration.

At Cascade Sports PT, we believe pelvic health is an essential component of helping active individuals move well, perform at their best, and participate fully in the activities they love. Our patient population includes everyone from high-level athletes and collegiate athletes to active adults and the Colorado weekend warrior.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate is passionate about pelvic health and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Evaluate and treat a diverse pelvic health population using evidence-based physical therapy
  • Develop and grow a pelvic health caseload within an established sports and orthopedic practice
  • Collaborate closely with our orthopedic and sports physical therapists to provide a comprehensive approach to movement, performance, and recovery
  • Help shape and expand Cascade Sports PT's pelvic health program
  • Educate patients and empower them to better understand and manage their conditions
  • Participate in a collaborative clinical environment with experienced orthopedic and sports physical therapists
  • Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, collaboration, and continuing education

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about pelvic health, curious, collaborative, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Pelvic health experience or formal training is preferred, but we are also open to a strong orthopedic or sports physical therapist who has a genuine interest in developing pelvic health expertise and building a pelvic health caseload.

Experience working with athletes or active populations is a plus, but not required. What matters most is a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a team that values clinical excellence, patient relationships, and an active approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

  • Current Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Pelvic health training and/or clinical experience OR a strong interest in developing pelvic health expertise
  • Interest in working within a sports and orthopedic physical therapy environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while embracing mentorship and team collaboration
  • Ability to work 32–40 hours per week with flexible schedule

Why Cascade Sports PT?

Cascade Sports PT is a small, privately owned practice built around one-on-one patient care, exceptional clinicians, and a team-oriented culture. Our therapists include Board-Certified Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapists, instructors within the CU School of Medicine Physical Therapy Department, and former collegiate and professional athletes.

We are lifelong learners who value mentorship, collaboration, and continued growth. We are looking for someone who wants to help build something special, while providing high-quality pelvic health care to an active and engaged patient population.

If you are passionate about pelvic health and excited about the opportunity to combine pelvic health with a sports, orthopedic, and performance-focused approach to physical therapy, we'd love to hear from you.
